Is it possible to make it so we can modify the events that are restricted?

RimWar only restricts raids (walk in and drop pod) and traders - everything else is permitted based on the storyteller. Removing the restriction allows both the mod events and (the restricted) events from the storyteller to happen. You would probably want another mod dedicated to filtering/selecting allowed events (or just use the built-in scenario tool)
