Are you running version 1.1.38 or later? I think this got fixed recently.

can i check which version you are using? (if you can find the mod's dll, and do a file>properties it should show 1.2.4.0?

ok thanks i'll do some more testing here (ive been moving mods in and out, also managed to get my 1.0 game working again with about 410 mods out of the 500+) so got carried away fixing that :)

hi shootnik i did some more testing using an existing save, with the latest 1240 version and it seems to work ok for me here:

for example here:

(these 2 were using an Adminster smokeleafe task, + an operation to heal something)

(this is just my tmp dir sometimes the major is so quick with releases i cant test every version hes too quick with the kungfu fighting

what happens if you try a quick test with a brand new game in vanilla
and if surgery works, if you then add just rimtrheaded?

it might be worth trying to unsubscribe from this mod, and to wait 5 mins and then exit and relaunch steam, and then to re-subscribe (just to make sure that the latest version has fully been reinstalled?)

(or you can manually zap the folder when steam is not on, and then resubscribe?)

I'll check it out, but this is not a wanilla problem:) I have a lot of mods, had u checked this bug with my modlist? If not, check out my issue on GitHub, and I'm going to test your advises now
