I have civ on epic. How do i download the mod as a scenario, i used {链接已删除}https://steamworkshopdownloader.io , where do i put the file , in the mods or dlc??? so i can download it and show up as a scenario? thx in advance

Maybe adding European interventionism to the mod? The British Empire and the USA had their hand in the conflict, as far as I can recall.

And I think Uruguay should be a major faction, seeing that the whole war of the triple alliance wouldn´t be a triple without. I know kinda hard to do, seeing that they have so little space. But as a city state, you just have so little reason to interact with them, which I find kinda sad. There could be perhaps a function, where you can support the Blanco government as Paraguay, but as Argentina be able to fund Colorado rebels or something
