As reported on the main page, poses are acting wacky, causing some characters to start the game in handcuffs, holding babies that aren't there, paranoid pose w/o the trait and etc.

This mod is causing my game to crash within minutes of having it loaded in. Sometimes I can access the barbershop, sometimes trying crashes my game. Most crashes happen randomly.

Doubt it. Do you run out of RAM when it crashes? Because that was a common reason on an older version of the mod, but it has been optimized, I thought it wouldn't happen again.
Could you take a look in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\crashes? This is where it creates crash logs if it's caused by a bug. If there is a crash folder inside, could you zip it. upload and share it? Using google drive or mega.

It could be RAM, though I slightly doubt it. I have 16GB but I don't know if there's some memory leak with the game or caused by any mod I have. I only have one crash folder, but it only has a .yml and a .dmp file, is that all you'd need?

Normally it has an exception.txt in it and a folder with logs. Without them I can't really debug it. So yeah, it sounds more like a memory leak.

Well, it does have the .txt but it's literally blank. I guess mods could accelerate or at least generate a memory leak.. which when paired with your mod it just can't pull it off I guess.

Characters don't move, some keep animations, others don't move at all.

I believe this is a vanilla bug. They also kinda vibrate sometimes, right?
PDX tried to fix a memory leak with portraits. And it resulted in this.

For some reason I can't change the pose, they just seem to stick to whatever they have started with, everything else works.

I can't use the Mod right now. Ingmae it doesn't open the fullscreen Barbershop, only the vanilla one. I play with other mods, but none sshould really interfere with this mod

Have you tried the Paradox Mods version? They are identical, but it seems to work for me, whenever this happens.
