Stats:
Here's my idea:

+On wearer effect: Lower gravity, pipes fall down and so does the player slower.
+15 damage
-More time for the pipes to detonate
-5 fire vulnerability

Isnt this supposed to be a reskin based on the quake nade launcher? i figure it would be more in line with being like The Original

How about this:
-25% clip size
-15% damage
+When enemies are shot up into the air they are given a stun like the natash
+Higher lobbing arch

-50% clip size
+on a hit, it blows up and does 100 damage, but keeps going, after that it looses another %25 damage.

Stock reskin, but it does the center view model thing that the original does and also has the quake grenade bouncing noises
