Well, hold off on most of these until I can verify, with some sources, the name changes. Except "Ycost", because that is not Danish at all. Never has been.
I'd also stress that as for Georgia, Sakartvelo is definitely the modern name, but I am pretty sure it's a name that's stuck around for a very long time, so I am still reasonably certain of offering that up. But, as said, will look for some sources later today, try and ascertain some things.
I am trying to work out what to do about the discrepancy of area/town baronies, because that bugs me a lot. Would love to hear a second opinion on that.
Also, as far as I can find, the medieval name for b_ditmarschen in danish is Thetmærsch
And Georgia is Sakartvelo indeed and also as far as I can find it's a very old name and fits the medieval period
Also, a note: I've noticed Paradox took some liberties and created fictional titles here and there, presumably to balance the map or to fill areas where they didn't find sources. But it's gonna be problematic to name those titles as the best we can do is to approximate them with other, real, titles that existed in the area.
