I cannot find the cheat open button.
It used to be placed at the character description menu (when I right-clicked the main character's portrait), but now it is gone so I cannot find it.... where can I start to edit?

Same ^Bump. The Doctor's cheat menu appears when I enable that, but when I enable this one it does not. I also only enable one cheat menu because I know there incompatability. Doesn't show in saves nor new games.

You may need to delete the CK3 folder from Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III to get it to work. I did that and it fixed it. Keep in mind that it deletes your save games and your mod order playstyles so you will have to reactivate and order them again. Save those files somehwere first.

What do you mean by that? I have no folder named "CK3" anywhere or do I have to delete the whole "Crusader Kings 3" folder?
