pretty sure they were referencing the insectoid supremacy meme, which gives taming and a structure to generate royal jelly... not really the same thing...

I did a playthrough as an insect-worshipping-mutation-loving-sect last year and i had no problems defining lots of insects as venerated animals -both from alpha animals and VFE Insectoids.

unfortunately i cannot give you the full mod list i used cuz i don't have it anymore, but I am dead sure i used VFE Memes and structures and tons of other mods that remove the limitations of the ideology DLC... and i guess these mods are still out there
