This is a client error, try revalidating the game files on steam. The addon has nothing to do with it.

The telemetry error is useless, it's being caused by a dead link. In my opinion this part of the code has to be completely disabled, since it has not been used for some time now.

About the "missing map" issue, I just got the download working in both a collection and legacy mode here:
