balance & changes
Here is where you can suggest things to change or balance. I'll consider making the changes.

edit(sep,1)
+added hurtboxes (not to placeholders)
+changed smear for better visibility
+added sounds to some moves
+changed knockback value on down tilit to send upwards
+changed nair momentum value to better connect
/changed knockback values on forward strong

This character looks great! I have some suggestions. I think dash attack, down tilt, up tilt and up air should both have sound effects, right now they don't. They all also need hitpause. I think you should also make down tilt send the opponent straight up. One pretty big thing is that none of the moves have hurtboxes, so while you're doing a move, you're completely intangible. You should probably add those if you want to play this with other people.

Dash attack is a place holder so it will change. I'm working on adding hurtboxes to all my attacks. i will make the changes the sounds as well. Thanks for the input.
