Pls add new focuses or fix current one for Japan. Even after restoring the imperial power and rebuilding the country, Japan cannot declare or rage any war. In my opinion, this should be fixed. Japan should be able to fight with Korea, China, Vietnam, USA and other countries/colonies in Asia. PS Also add the ability to research and produce a nuclear weapon for the Imperial Japan.
