German Civil War
I don't think happens enough, in 5/5 of my Russian/Soviet playthroughs the Germans have managed to avoid a Civil War and it isn't physically possible to get through the focus trees quick enough to take advantage before they consolidate their puppets, particularly the Moscow one.

Maybe it's just bad luck, in the 4 games i've done on it, germany has gone to ♥♥♥♥ all four times. If you really need to happen, you can just set the military junta to take over, or any other leader that causes the civil war to break out in the set up screen for the game.

Thier needs to be an option before the start of the game where you can set it so that a civil war either occurs or dosn't occur. Evreytime I play a civil war starts and it's kinda annoying.

omg I have this exact problem. Ive had two whole games ruined by this. Extremely annoying.
