I liberated the French mainland as Free France and delivered my promise of freedom to the native Africans. After releasing the countries, Free France still have Poor Industrial Capability and Minority State modifiers despite no longer ruling over the West Africa. I think these should be removed when picking the decision to liberate West Africa.
