So to mostly avoid it is by doing the National Focus Ruliing Position where you get choice of you choosing your succesor or not if you chose the one that you will decide the choice on who to choose will appear in the Decision tab but you can only choose them if you have enough trust on them which are based on decision you choose and can see how much they trust you on the symbol next to UN screen which is on the very top were it says politics
