I'm playing as the US and i wanted to build a few heavy cruisers but for some reason the "auto" button in the production screen is greyed out and when i hover over it it says "not deployable". After finishing building them the ships just disappeared. I can build all other types of ships but not heavy cruisers. why is this happening? is it a bug?
