Why do support artillery and engineers lower divisional speed to 4? Why are Panzer divisions with them? Why are SS divisions locked making them USELESS for the whole game, locked at speed 4? I had hoped the update addressed this but nope, nothing. How did testers not catch this? How are there not 20 threads about this issue? It's absolutely without any sense to make it this way.
