I have two glitches that I found that almost break the game.
1) Playing as the SS in Germany is impossible because the Himmler tree is blocked by the continuous focus tree box.
2) If Japan goes to war with the Toronto Accord via Anarchist path then the following scripted peace options will break for the USA. The option to do the treaty never goes away and you are forced to create the Northern Japanese state multiple times endlessly.
