First time player here. CTD on startup, never gets fixed. Please help.
What do I have to do to run the game? Please do not give troll answers. I switched to all the latest versions and it didn't run. Is it supposed to run in a specific version with specific settings?

nah cache cleaning helped but thanks anyway!

Also game has a ton of bugs and unthought variables, I better go write em.

Base game is 1.10.1 version. Go "clear cache" near the end of settings menu at launcher.

I have the same problem I cleared cache but the game still starts up in vanilla. I even did a clean reinstall
