Kaukasus Civil War not triggering?
I'm playing as Reichskommissariat Kaukasus in an MP round and all the native rebel factions rose up and defacto started the civil war. However, the Kaukasus Civil War focus states always false and completion in 0 days, so I assume it triggers per event.
However, no such event officially declared this Kaukasus Civil War.

Is it a bug or does it take extra long for this Civil War Focus Trees to become active?

Update:

My Friends and me finished our Civil Wars in our respective Reichskommissariats, for my friend controlling the Ukraine he didn't get his After Civil War-Tree unlocked either and for me no event or anything fired unlocking the Civil War Tree at all or the Recovery from the Civil War.

It seems rather buggy at the moment.
Maybe that is the reason, why the AI is failing so horribly at containing these revolutions, while we as humans could improvise and still win.

this happened to me to, i think it is a bug, i was playing singleplayer so i fixed it with console
