So in my china playthrough japan went communist, eventully there was a un intevention, where as china I claimed large sections of japan. A descsion with no description poped up labled "occupy Japan" it does othing and is timed if I do not click it I fail the descion . If I click it , it pops up 4 days later agian and again. Is this how it is inteded to function?
