I have the same exact problem, have disabled all other mods and cleared my cache but when this mod is enabled it stays vanilla hoi.

my game loads i can play it but when i start singleplayer and for example i choose germany every decision or reserach or focus tree is bugged and its called for example first fucus tree GER_Status_Of_The_Reich and almost everything starts with GER_ idk i reinstalled my game deleted all mods nothing helps and i cant read any of the decisions or research slots

enable and disable it for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake
