great mod. really liked rebuilding japan. But can someone explain me how to enable naval research as Japan. Game says every navy tech(except for the doctrines tree) reguires techology: Naval Stipilations. How should i get it? :KneelingBow:

I also have the same problem, I just can't build ships (missing Naval Stipilations). Do you also have the problem that you cannot justify wars because of the one focus in the first focus tree?

yeah, even after completing all focuses in the second tree. hope, they ll fix it
