The USA randomly declares war on Fascist countries in this mod after 1953 for whatever reason. They declared war on Spain in my game, then went after Erzengel in Archangelsk.

Because of Mac-Arthur getting elected. When he does, his foreign policy is aggressive so I’m not surprised.
