I have few problem playing as ROC. The first is that the decision to invade Mongolia seems incomplete and when chosen it did nothing, secondly, after annexing Siam and Tibet i didn't get the decision to release them as puppet, perhaps this is intended for Tibet? Also after claiming HK & Macau i got both states, but there was only event about Macau, Hong Kong didn't have event.
