How to bring Rommel to rule?
For almost the 10th time I have tried to bring Rommel, but it did not work out.
In the branch of the Wehrmacht tricks there is a Rommel path, and the description says about Speer, brought Speer to power and what he did not do, but did not work out.

You can change your ruler, i know of the moderate's coup and maybe Rommel does a countercoup since he is against the moderates

Belvita has it right. Basically, have the War-Staat, have Spiedel lead the "Moderate" Fascists to Coup the War-Staat, then have Rommel the National Socialist/Hitler Purist coup Spiedel and the moderates.

The issue is that you can't keep him. He ultimately hands off power to someone else.
