So I found that a spell from the Harry potter wand rewrite (Sectumsempra), can actually bypass the reverse damage. But only the inital hit, the damage over time is still applied to the caster... But you can lower the targets HP into negative numbers. Here, Take a look:

QTG stuff is powerful in all directions, i dont bother blocking such stuff as his code is mostly tamper proof (*cough* invincible npc *cough*)

that's good since the card is not even admin only

it is a passive weapon

Pretty much any addon with a nuke that vaporizes you in close proximity bypasses it, but that should be obvious.
