Game freezes upon loading country
Did a completely fresh reinstall of the game with no other mods, it loads to country selection fine but when I pick a country and press play it freezes in a weird way when reaching "Loading Graphics", as it does not progress in loading for the 10+ minutes I waited and I can still move my mouse though.
