When I play France and I didn't finish "the reform of the state", there is an event where nothing is displayed but you can choose which party will be in power and i choose the democratic alliance, at the end we have a new focus tree and the "Strike" event repeats itself endlessly and impossible to do anything (I post it here because I didn't understand how your bug report works)
