You can do Shift+f1 to view issues, and Shift+f11 to see sim speed

Have you found a solution ? I use agaris at war as well and the game is constantly whining about water mod with countdown always at 0:00

I unfortunately do not know if this is being addressed. Im not sure what part of the water mod causes it, and im not sure if the dev of this mod has looked into it? tbf, this is a pretty big mod that does an insane feat.

Turns out it was a wrong load order. I screwed up with the notepad inverted order and the missing IOs mods in the instructions didn't help either.

Big mods like this need to be loaded last like Air Drag mod.
In SE mod must be in mod list at top.
Simple block mods like door variations have no effect on position in list
