I've run into a very frustrating bug with 'Psychomateriartus'.

I made the mistake of dropping my forged psi weapon while stuck in a bog, and now the game won't let me either retrieve my psi weapon, dismiss my psi weapon, or forge a new psi weapon, even after leveling up.

How can I create a new psi weapon now ?

Should I try leveling up a bit more until the Psychomateriartus mutation goes up a rank, or is there a way to 'force' the game to give me a new psi weapon ?
