No, it's not a weapon

I dont think these things would be fair, 20% crit? thats 1/4 chance of hitting someone! that basically 3 crit shots per chotgun clip. Evade? that just cannot exist in tf2, no no no.

Heres what I think:

On Taunt: 5 seconds on speed boost and 25% extra damage.

Wearer cannot take fall damage, but has a 15% slower firing speed.

i hope you realise that we're making fun of luck stats in games

Press H to stun an enemy that is damaging you, and have the effects of bonk.
