I have had this issue where I spawn in a thick forest and I cannot see further than the tile I am standing on after choosing Raven Creek as a spawn point. I currently have ONLY raven creek as the only mod in my mod list and the error persists. This has happened to mod lists that have more than just this mod and times when this is the only mod enabled.

Though there has been seldom times in singleplayer (the above times are from me hosting a multiplayer session), where I can spawn in raven creek and spawn on a building rooftop. There seems to be no identifiable reasoning as to why this is so random and unstable. If anyone has any input on solving the matter, it would be greatly appreciated.
