Could Ungol Warriors get Frenzy along with the bears feel very fitting, or get a tech that give them it if you want to keep it out of multplayer

Hello, I love the mod but I do not really think how you have done the Streltsi and Kossars are lore-accurate. Streltsi need to function similar to Lothern Sea Guard in being both a missile and anti-large unit. As they are now, they are just conventional melee and missile units, which takes away from their uniqueness. Similarly, Kossars should be equipped with bows and great weapons. Such unit types would complement each other. Streltsi acting as defensive anti-large with AP, and Kossars as offensive with AP.

This mod already can be taken by CA and become official DLC after further improving bear models and textures (like salamanders were used to create razordons).
I suggest adding some flying units in the future. The easiest one is mount for Voevoda. He shall be able to ride white griffin (the same model as griffins in Empire). I remember these griffins on many old arts featuring Kislev.
The most obvious lore-friendly unit is “hawks of Mishka/Miska”. They were in original mod for TWWH 1 and would fit well in tis mod – harpy-sized retextured wood elven hawks are enough to implement them. Just a small horde of birds.

The next ones are not lore-friendly, but suit lore as “artistic freedom” (the same way as Norska and Vampire Coast rosters were created by CA). These are frost (the small young ones, equivalent of sun dragons) and ice (elder ones, equivalent of star dragons) dragons. Norskan frost wyrms are corrupted frost dragons (only one of them, boss Frigustrex, is ice dragon due to his size and powers). Lore-wise Kislev goddess “the frost widow” or many other names could lead kislevites to help repel attack of chaos forces, saving ice dragon nests from demonic corruption. The nest could be separate location on the map, somewhere near the shore sea of claws (either Kislev or southern Norska territory) and allow to produce limited number of dragons. Only 1 frost dragons is available from the start. 5 tiers of building, each give some garrison, increase dragon limit, and allow ice dragons and ROR ice dragon to be hired.

About the units themselves. Frost dragons shall have a bit worse stats that sun dragon, and the same size as frost wyrms (after all, they are close relatives, just like kislevite gospodars and eastern norskan tribes). To compensate, they could use ic breath which slows enemies and frost aura like Imrik`s dragon-friend Lamoro (but reduce the power of aura by 30-50%). Ice dragons shall be as big as star dragons, also have a bit worse stats that hem (something in-between from moon dragons to star dragons, maybe closer to moon dragons to create some balance, like stronger than moon dragon by 25% of stats differences between dragons), ice breath and aura with full power. Finally, ROR dragons, and it shall be Ymirdrak, the one who frozen ogre tribe and eats them sometimes (he is from ogre kingdoms 8th edition). The same in size as Frigustrex, able to cast most spells of ice witches, with ful aura and additional arrow/bullets resistance by passive “frost armor” skill (maybe visually represent this by covering some of his biggest scales and wing membranes in ice, like Pegasus in mod and frost wyrms in Norska).
Katarina shall have ice dragon mount, maybe with winged decorations of saddle and (why not for diversity?) – chainmail armor for dragon (meshes of high elven dragon armor, but replace texture by chainmail texture; armor on legs and chest could be replaced (retextured) to represent magically enhancing bracelets, rings or smth like that).

The biggest problem is dragon design. ASSASSIN_NR_1's_Imrik.pack , which makes Minaithnir almost white, is ideal example of retexture that suit both frost and ice dragons (just adding on top of that frost wyrm`s “ice shell”). However, Lamoro is still moon dragon (or maybe hybrid of moon and ice dragon), that`s why unique model for frost and ice dragons is preferable. The best option is blend elements of high elven and dark elven dragons. The base body is same in both sub-species, the wings of star dragons are better, as well as the head. Spikes of black dragons along the spine and in thetail better suit ice dragons, than “spinosaurus`s sail” of ulthuaninan ones. Huge horns above eyes of black dragons could be turned by 180 degrees, maybe make them 30-50% smaller. No sail-like horns under eyes and instead of outer ears - just replace it by spikes near lower jaw of black dragons (long, but simple spikes looking like big teeth). Finally, small spikes near elbow joints and knee joints for immersion purpose.

I can`t find falconers in Kislev roster. However, another kislev faction (someone`s host) have both hawks and hounds as units, and playable through faction unlocker. Regarding white griffins and ice dragons - are they possible lore-wise, balance -wise or require too much time/troubles to implement?

People will still complain that in the lore Streltsi hold halberds and not axes. We can't please everyone. So, we made 2 separate units.

I love all the models you guys have made! they look fantastic! I was wondering are there any plans to add more armoured combat based War wagons?
Also is their any scope for norse mercs? They definately had trade in places like erengrad and were used as a ships guard when passing through the sea of claws. Obvs these would be the steroid abusing marauders that you see in the armies of chaos. just normal men and women. i think it was an older version of the norse that wasnt tainted by chaos, they set up Norse quarters in a few major trading cities like erengrad and Marineburg.

Katarin Bhoka is the most godawful lord I've ever played. Her spells don't even come close to making her useful. Her father is pretty dope though

I think you should make streltsi a dual purpose unit instead of seperating them into two variants, like a lothern sea guard with handguns. That's how it was in the old mod i don't get the change. Boyar, droyaska and ungol warriors descriptions and icons are wrong. Great work otherwise.

Without proper animations, no. The old mod was criticised a lot for this.

What do you mean about icons and descriptions? They are correct for me.

Boyars are Tomb King Princes. I suppose, he wants to say this. They have captain`s voices, but look as skeletons
