Most likely its your PC, or you have too many bots on your gameplay, or you have way too many mods. in other words it works for me

dont work for me i got decent specs and can easily handle 150 bots i only have this damage numbers and crosshair mutators on

There is a lag spike where the weapons are added. You can prevent this by disabling zombies weapon in the settings and just assigning the zombie weapons yourself to the team.
