Unable to repair vehicles
hi!

it seems there is a problem with engineers not being able to repair vehicles. we can change tires fine, but not anything else.

we confirmed we chose the engineer role, and that the ace settings were ok, and that we had toolkits, but only the option to change tires comes up on badly damaged vehicles.

unless ace changed how that works in the year since i played last, something is up.

unrelated, but thanks for this mission. it is one of my all time favorites now.

Go to ACE settings -> ACE Logistics and make sure that 'Allow repair' is set to 'Anyone'. Does it still not let you repair vehicles?

after setting ace logistics to allow anyone to repair, i still couldn't do so. the hard points dont even show up, except for the tires.

this makes me think it's an issue with ACE itself. it's not working if i host locally or on my hosted server.

yup, I just tried loading the game with only ace and cba and i still couldn't repair vehicles. guess it's an ace problem! i'll go bother them about it lol.
