And finally, If you want aircraft warfare, you can play something else, like Liberation. Focus of this scenario is primarily guerrilla warfare. It was a big debate if we should even implement helicopter usage for enemies, since then we would have to handle with their overpowered abilities on player side.
In any case, to get around this morons limitations just use Zeus to force the engine on and disable damage.
