simple, when you encounter this issue, kill every Infected underneath the platform holding the train. That should solve the problem, and don't worry, there are no tanks to deal with.

killing the zombies under the train didn't work and instead I got stuck. Tried several time and couldn't figure out a way on the train. Bots keep getting stuck as well.
