The following are issues that we have uncovered during testing and general mod usage:

* Headwear Randomization *
Randomization of headwear and helmets does not seem to be working (i.e., it is causing no helmet to appear or the incorrect helmet to appear in all cases) - this appears to be a flaw native to ARMA and reproduces itself on occasion. For now, headwear randomization is being left out of the mod unless a workaround is found.

* Custom Uniform *
I am having difficulty implementing a custom retextured uniform for Saddam Hussein; try as I might, the entry appears in the Virtual Arsenal and 3Den Editor, but the custom texture fails to apply.
