So I noticed after you complete the Easter Egg and the Earth is nuked, You can purchase debris by the jeep to open up the rest of the Nuketown street, However I run out there and I get an out of bounds message and am teleported back into the main map, Is the rest of the street supposed to be accessible after completion of the egg? And if so could it be that I'm playing All Around Enhancement mod that makes it think I'm out of bounds and keeps teleporting me back to the main map?
