How do i play the other game modes ? they are greyed out for me

hey, i have an issue with zombies full sprinting too soon. i've been playing on normal mode and it's been a pain im most maps to progress. i dont mind full sprinting zombies but it goes from some to most to all really quickly in this map and it defeats the difficulty stages that treyarch made. this fix would show how more dedicated to the community you would be versus other map developers who make their map and buzz off. thank you for your consideration
