This will unlock the specified objective. For example "bp unlock hint3" will finish hint 1 to 3.

ROOMID can either be the internal id of the room (e.g. 1818) or an index of a challenge (e.g. "e3" for easy level 3, "m" for medium, "h" for hard and "u" for ultra)
