1º The Texan was a trainer aircraft but it did get adapted and used by the French military and the Portuguese as well during Colonial conflicts (Note that it is the T-6G, a variant with actual weapons). Specially in the Portuguese case, since every colonial airbase had a squadron of those. Many got shot because by this time portable and powerful AA guns were already available for the terrorists. Portugal has been a T-6G Texan user since 1947 so I bet they could do the adaptation much sooner, like they kept doing with other airplanes as well as the Texan (later on). They were actually known as Harvard since we (Portugal) kept buying them from Canada iirc but I prefered to keep them named as Texan since that is the real name.
2º The grizzly tank is available to Canada (in-game) as a level 3 medium tank variant. Portugal bought Grizzlies and Sextons AFAIK so that is why I included them as level 3 as well.
3º As for the G3 machinegun - that is out of question. I did think about changing to the FBP submachinegun but I am still wondering if I will do it. Many countries still use submachineguns in-game - check Italy for example, they got FNAB-43.
