Well, as i have seen all your propaganda campaings are the same in their effects, so you may add some unique decisions with unique baffs for countries depending on their ideology. Or depending on who is in government. For example, if Goebbels is hired, you gain access to some powerful stuff. I suppose you see my idea) And add something for minor nations, ofcourse that may not be your aim from the beginning, but these campaings are powerful tools, and they would really help people when they play for example as SWITZERLAND OR FINLAND.

Shouldn't you mention at least some of the "all kinds of problems" you are noticing?

make default propaganda decisions which all countries which doesn't have their own propaganda decisions use. or make different propaganda decisions depending on each ideology. example:

democracys propaganda decisions focuses on geting stability, industy reasurch, and construction of civilien factorys

facisams propaganda decisions focuses on geting war suport, wepons reasurch and construction of miletary factorys

communisms propaganda decisions focuses on both but they get les of both.

that was all i could come up with on the batch(im unsure it thats the rigth word for that exspretion) but you get the point.

Do you think it would be possible to add German WW1 propaganda posters for monarchist Germany? It would make for some nice flavor since I thought it was weird that I had access to Nazi propaganda posters as monarchist Germany.

Can you add a console command to add propaganda tokens?
