BUG PROBLEM - Game crashes on fully integrating France

my post on paradox.

Basically when integrating France on the new patch hits 100%, the game crashes and i can't get in any way past that with extended timeline on.

I uploaded the save there too, in case someone can try get past the 100% without a crash. I tried reinstalling the game completely, and all of the mentioned things in the post but there was no success.

I tried to load the save without extended timeline, wasn't able to.

Please help
