Does anyone have any suggestions. In my game, I have recently had two colonial nations form in Africa. Repeatedly, their neighbors attack them and I cannot intervene in any manner without straight declaring war on the attacker via normal methods.

As a result, my colonial nations are getting destroyed without me being able to do anything. Any suggestions?
