Mod has no effect on game
Why can't I use this mod?

It doesn't change the game in any way. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, verifying cache, etc but no matter what I do this mod no longer does anything.

EU4 just got a big patch yesterday. Qwetyr may need some time to update this mod to be compatible. Also, PDX are not done patching the game. Many features are still broken/buggy. This last major update was a total mess. They really botched the job. Not Quetyr's fault that PDX effed up.
