Dynamic province names problem
As the Ottomans, I took the city of Dashtestan from Persia. The Dynamic province names are on and the name of this city was changed to Designate the Prince. I have an heir, but the province name is still the same.I think it's a bug and I hope you fix it. Thanks.

One more thing, it would be correct to change Constantinople to Istanbul. After Sultan Mehmed took this city from Byzantium in 1453, the name of the city became Istanbul.

No. The name Istanbul only officially came around after the Republic of Turkey. The Ottomans called that city Konstantiniyye.

I don't think it's possible to mod province names based off of a factor like your heir without a hidden event system.

Yes, so it's a bug for a city to have a name like that.

That's right, you're partially right, but The Ottomans used the name Istanbul with the "i" sound, which was used as a pronunciation change of the names Istinpol/Istinpolis, Estanbol, istinbolin, Stinboli, Sitanbul, which were used in the Roman period and added later. Later, they gave the name Islambol, meaning the center of the Caliphate. Over time, its transition to Turkish became Istanbul.
