Does this mod remove base Income from Vassals? If so, why?
I had low legitimacy for a bit and realized I was making NEGATIVE money from my vassals. Low Legitimacy can give you up to -5% income from vassals, but the base is supposed to be 10%. There was nothing else lowering it. I can't figure out why it did this except the base income from vassals is 0% in this mod, in which case: why?

For reference I was playing as Chera around year 250

Many vanilla base values have been lowered so that there is something for the pre-vanilla ideas and techs to give you. You are meant to get that vassal income from early ideas I think.
