When/how do Iberian cultures (Castilian, Leonese, catalan etc.) emerge?
I was playing as a barbaric tribe during the migration age and I moved to Iberia, adopted Iberian culture, exiled Celtiberians, and it's now 650 and there are still no Iberian culture. I want to convert to Catalan because my capital is Barcelona. Any ideas?

IIRC culture shifts will not happen if a country has the culture to-be-shifted as a primary culture. Try culture shifing again, this time into something outside the Iberian group.

If you have adopted Iberian culture, Castilian, Leonese etc. can't appear.
