Court adopts ruler's culture?
What is the event id that allows you to adopt the culture of your ruler?
example: As Spain you may get a new dynasty and ruler from Portugal and event would allow you to change Spain's culture to Portuguese.
I've been searching through the files of ET but could find it so far maybe its in the vanilla game?
I dont know.
